• These resources are intended for the private, personal use of member families only.
• Content may not be copied, shared, uploaded, resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

2) Membership Terms (Skool Platform)

• All payments for the Destination Learning Adventures membership are non-refundable.
• Upon payment, you retain access to membership content for the full duration of your subscription (monthly or annual).
• You may update or cancel your membership at any time before your renewal date to avoid additional charges.
• Content offerings, bonuses, and member features may evolve over time to reflect seasonal themes and program growth.

3) Travel Event Terms

• Travel events are coordinated through Destination Learning Adventures in partnership with:
  • Boutique Cruise Events
  • TAD Travel Services
  • Third-party providers including cruise lines, resorts, and land operators.
• Program fees are non-refundable but may be fully transferred to another traveler or event within 12 months of the original booking date.
• Deposits and payment schedules follow the terms listed on your individual registration form and are subject to third-party supplier terms.
• Each traveler must confirm agreement to the event terms by selecting the required acknowledgment checkbox during online registration.

4) General Website Use

• By using this site, you agree to follow these terms and only access content for lawful and intended use.
• We reserve the right to modify or update our terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
